The Aventon Factory Team will be racing the new carbon fiber Aventon Ultro with Irwin tubeless wheels. “The new frame and wheels will be a game-changer.” said Burke. “ The new frame hasbeen under development for a few years now. Each and every detail has been carefully designed, and the fluid dynamics indicate that this frame is super aero. I’m really looking forward to putting the team on Irwin tubeless wheels. A flat completely ends your race in most fixed gear crits, and handling is one of the most important aspects of our races, so the new frame along with the lower tire pressures and flat resistance should give the team an advantage.”
The team has a multi year agreement with Giro to provide head to toe coverage including
helmets, shoes, and all other clothing, while ROKA will provide eyewear. The team will cut down on travel expenses by using the Orucase Airport Ninja cases for all flights.
