Half Cycling/Half Yoga!

Jeanine  was one of our first instructors here at crank, and  she recently came to me with a great idea.  She wanted to run a class that was 30 minutes of cycling, followed by 30 minutes of core centered yoga.  it sounded like a great idea to me, and now she is doing her Cy-Core classes on Monday and Friday at noon. This is a great class for those friends of yours, that are worried they can't make it through an hour of cycling, as well as for those of you that love to cycle, but know your core strength could use some improvement.
The great news, is that Jeanine is giving everyone their first class free, even if they have already tried a cycling class.  Come on down in give it a go!  Are we the only ones doing this in San Diego?
